Our most affordable packages for single day events or smaller weddings. Please note that these packages are not available for events with guest counts greater than 200 guests.

WEEKEND PACKAGES

Our most requested packages for the couple looking to spread the festivities out over a weekend, decorate early or have a rehearsal dinner on-site the night before their big day.

Venue Amenities

TIER I AMENITIES

Most rentals come with the following amenities:

  • Use of the property (by appointment only) for engagement or bridal photos

  • 5 acres of property great for photo ops

  • Multiple beautiful options for ceremony locations

  • WIFI throughout the Property

  • Ample parking for Guests & Vendors

  • Clean-up after the event

  • Vintage Post on-site Venue Coordinator throughout the event

TIER II AMENITIES

All of the TIER I amenities plus:

  • 4,400 ft² covered Pavilion

  • 2 - 350 ft² covered cabanas

  • 225 ft² pergola great for cocktail hours

  • Climate-controlled 400 ft² caterer’s prep kitchen with prep tables, commercial sinks, gas-powered range/oven & commercial refrigerator and freezer

  • Large bar with commercial back bar refrigeration

  • 6 - 10 ft farm tables with benches

  • Outdoor games such as cornhole, darts, and checkers

  • Climate-controlled indoor bathrooms (wheelchair accessible)

TIER III AMENITIES

All of the TIER I & II amenities plus:

  • Rehearsal time the week prior to the event (scheduled in advance)

  • Climate-controlled Bridal suite in the Main House

  • Climate-controlled Gentleman’s Quarters in the Library Suite

The Vintage Post Venue Coordinator is included to:

  • Recommend/book experienced vendors

  • Create with you your desired floor plan

  • Answer any venue related questions

  • Answer unlimited phone calls or emails

  • Arrange for set-up & break-down of venue

  • Assist with guest or ceremony issues

  • Ensure venue cleanliness throughout event
